I want a Powerbook that badly.
I won $45 in gift certificates to the college bookstore where I work. For a fleeting moment, I was actually thinking - having that credit would make it easier to buy a 12" PowerBook. (For those who are unfamiliar, PowerBooks start at $1,499. Plus tax. And plus AppleCare.)
The reality is, I wouldn't be able to afford one if I got $1,045 in gift certificates. It's sad, really. Apparently, I want one that badly. (Sigh)

it's 1 pretty thing, isn't it? i want it badly, too... 'n i have the same problem as well :D maybe if you know someone working for apple, 'n s/he can hook u up, u can get a HUGE discount :)
