I tried Kashi once, when everyone told me that it was wonderful. I went back to Cheerios real fast. Cheerios are good for you - otherwise, why would we feed them to babies?
I try not to eat too much food that's good for me. I'm afraid if I do that, I'll stop enjoying eating. Also, my metabolism allows me to eat a horrendous amount of junk food and not show it. I imagine sometime in the next 10 years or so, I'm going to triple in weight almost over night.
Does that really say "crunchy, fiber TWIGS?" Yummy. Especially when combined with "soy protein grahams." That sounds like the worst cereal ever. Where are the marshmellows or the little cookies?

Somebody's been taking that "fat is flavour" thing a leetle too literally. It's true and all, but...

My MIL swears by oatmeal for constipation. I will have to recommend that she eat some fiber twigs.
